Would you like an investment companion, a straight-talking friend, an experienced investor and trainer to hold your hand, ask you the questions you need to address and push you off the cliff when you find your wings?

There are two programs from which to choose: coaching by the hour or full personal mentoring. If you wish, you could start with your first hour's coaching session and upgrade to the mentoring program after that. In this case, what you've paid for your coaching session will be deducted from your mentor program fee.

Here's what I can do for you.....

Personal One-on-One Coaching

A property investor since 1990, I also trained as a coach in the year 2000.

I coach by the hour and by telephone, totally to your agenda. Some ladies only need one or two sessions to clarify their direction, others prefer a more regular regime. You choose whichever way works best for you and that's how we'll work.

Before your initial session, I will send you discovery pages to complete and it would be useful if these were returned to me before we begin. After each session, I will follow up by email with action notes, resources and tips.

All that I ask is that your session is paid for in advance of us speaking and that you respect my time by calling in on time. A coaching session with me is £150+VAT an hour (£177) which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

Structured Mentoring Programme

Limited spaces are available on this programme due to the time intensity involved. Here's how it works:

My suggestion is that one or two of the telephone coaching sessions are used prior to our shopping trip. During these first sessions, we will go through your completed discovery sheets and decide the best strategy for what you want to achieve. We will then identify potential investment locations and determine what research you need to undertake to maximise the benefits of our forthcoming two days together.

For the two days of face-to-face time, I will meet you at your chosen investment location which could be anywhere in the UK. During our time together, we might attend auctions, negotiate with agents, meet with officials, conduct further research, view properties and make offers.
